Wow, what on Earth are you doing that takes up 3GB? Well your problems are easily solved. Sell hosting in the remainder of your space. Set up virtual domains and sell the space, to anyone who will pay for it, UE related or not. I am sure you could bring in more than $75 a month by selling web space in 200 MB lots. I have a 500 MB web site and I know what it is like paying for that hosting. It is not cheap. But you can not expect your site visitors to pay for it. If you make the decision to put that much stuff on line then that's your decision. And if you let people add their stuff don't expect them to pay for it. I know, I've been down that road. People have good intentions, but as you may find, very few of them will actually help contribute, even some of those that say they will. I don't mean to insult thouse who have donated though, that is always appreciated by webmasters. But it really seems to be a Chicken-Little thing, everyone wants a slice of the pie, but nobody is willing to help bake it. I think you might have more sucess re-selling portions of your 35GB to raise money than you will collecting donations. Not to be negative, just offering suggestions. Panic!
