| | | Experimenting with some new post-processing. Everyone I've asked tells me it's either really subtle, or way too pink. I can't tell. Help?

| | | I'm no pro, but I think a bump in contrast would really make 'em pop. Very nice shots!

| | | The effect works for the first shot. That washed out aged looked seems to work. Sometimes a very soft contrast works. Not so much on the other two.

| | | I know you're asking about the processing, which I am too much of a n00b to proffer an opinion on, but the first one should be cropped just a bit tighter on the left side; there's a distracting angled dark edge about 1/3 of the way up the frame.

| | | Thanks for the input, all! I'll be sure to play around with the contrast on those two shots until it comes out better.

Didn't even notice that, but I've fixed it. Thanks!

| | | Maybe a little more contrast, I see what you're going for though. If you want interesting saturation/contrast just buy a 35mm for chump change instead of throwing filters on your digital stuff. Try some expired films to get some really cool saturation

| | | I would have tightened the shot on the skyline of the city in number 3. Seems like the subject is a little too small to grab my attention while the foreground distracts and takes away from it. Other than that I like these. [last edit 3/29/2011 6:51 PM by gneithamer1 - edited 1 times]
