| | | Yep, it's an old tobacco barn, there's tons of these in Eastern N.C., most of em in a decaying state because they now cure tobacco in large warehouse type facilities for the most part. Sometimes you can find some cool stuff inside, but usually it's just an empty barn type structure where vandals and the like go. Check around it though, once in a great while there's some other unique remnants of farm facilities nearby.

| | | I've checked out this very shed before on a trip up the ATT. Cool beans. I've seen pictures from the 1940's from that area and you could see all the way to the horizon- not a tree in sight; all tobacco fields. I'm sure whatever farm this belonged to has been paved over for decades now.

I did, and there's nothing. I did take a pic or 2 of the inside, and it still had the strings where I assume they hung the tobacco from..
