If you just saw the roof portion you'd think someone was still living there, considering there was still Christmas lights out and a satellite dish out back. The massive snow banks surrounding the property said otherwise, as did any evidence of anyone having been on the property in quite some time. This is off of Hwy 12 going towards Uxbridge.
