yeah. it's kind of hard to miss if you ever spend any time on the james in that area. but growing up around these parts i also know that they're smack next to a ton of military/coast guard stuff. a few friends and others i know have tried (including me) and always get stopped by the coast guard before we get close enough to board. if i remember correctly, the people in the database had the same problem. have fun ;D
