|  | | | Been wanting to go to Detroit for a while Is there anybody on here I could tag along with? I've thought about it and its prolly not safe to go alone (agian). I've been over the border a couple time since I got questioned and striped searched and I've had no trobule at the border. Im in Windsor if anybody is intrested?

Travelling and exploring smart are the keys here. Take safety precautions, don't wave around wealth or excess, avoid conflict, don't treat everyone you come across as a criminal, as it is more than likely they are not. Instead be respectful and understanding and you'll likely find the experience more expanding than fearful.
Of the two days I spent in Detroit, the scariest moment was coming across a dog tied up along a fence outside a pharmacy - and I've really had worse elsewhere.
