The driveway has not been ploughed in a while and the windows looked boarded internally.

Great find BB! These old, small houses are always neat. This one is almost a dead resemblance to a house in Beaverton.

Often it looks empty, but I swear every few weeks when I'm back in Brooklin I see someone there. Should ask the people at the corner of the subdivision, they'd know.

Are you kidding, ask people in Brooklin? About the only thing you can ask them is "Where is the closest Starbucks or Lululemon"
