It's near enough some stuff to be worth something as property once they level it. But I suspect that development will run out of money as soon as they destroy all the pretty parts. The Whitney mill is still standing, and it hasn't been explored to my knowledge. The owner got in trouble for failing to remove the asbestos a couple years back, but since then, the feds came and made sure it was gone- so one less hazard there. The only security measure is a 7ft. barbed-wire fence, but it can be easily cut in an inconspicuous area. There isn't much else I know about it, but I lived within walking distance from it for a few years and I'm sure it'd be a great place to check out.
