Concentrate on some detail work to change it up a bit, and maybe throw in some subject matter - other than doors and windows. I know they are soooo tempting to shoot, but maybe after you do them ... get some life into the photo by using objets in the environment. I know that "artifacts" are kind of hard to find in some abandonments, but I gravitate towards them like John Stamos on Jenna Jamieson.
