I was going to comment that there are more than you imagine, but other people have been chiming in with their various wreckage finds, showing that it's not unique to this world.

One of a plane this size where nothing has been touched? Yes there's thousands of airplane wrecks all over mountains. But nothing of this size (to my knowledge) is still left intact. I've seen hundreds of wrecks online, most of them have been picked clean by vandals or the authorities. They sent in parajumpers on this. They removed the bodies, the flight data recorder and cockpit voice recorder and that's it. They didn't even bother to try and put out the fire.
