Hello all,

This is the first thread I have started, so I hope all goes well...

Nice work. That vault is amazing, locked tight I assume? If this is where I think it is, I haven't been yet but scoped it out a bit last year.

Edit: nope, not where I was thinking.

Thanks everyone for the kind words! I'm glad you're all enjoying the shots as much as I did taking them.

Being new to the site, I'm not sure how to do the linking quotes in the reply. I'm sure it has something to do with the icons at the top, but not sure which one. Please bear with me as I respond.

Sadly the safe is locked, I would love to see what's inside, but given the surrounding neighborhood I may not like it. What would be the etiquette to finding a mummy in a safe?

Insane,
My username comes from working the graveyard shift at the mill. Glad those days are behind me.

Sean,
I have about 500 usable shots from this site. My friend and I have hit the three vacant buildings. The office is my favorite.
I've grabbed a few shots from the employee dining hall and some from the executive dining hall above. I can't imagine how they heated that place the ceilings are huge.

Livingstone,
It probably is the same place, we're not far from one another.

Thanks again everyone!

At first I thought it was a site located next to some condos, related to french, wine and across from a place named after long slaughtered indigenous types. But I see now it's down the road a stretch. Nice find, work related or infiltrated if I may ask, just don't feel obligated to answer.

Ah, I know the place you thought it was. That site scares me. Anyplace that I have to drive by the condos of a state trooper and a city officer of the law to park for a fence jump, seems better left alone lol. I do have a few shots of exterior up on Flickr.

This one was purely for pleasure. If I post anything from a work related site visit later, I'll identify with a swan song tag. I feel like the grim reaper sometimes, if I'm going in then the Lebounty shears aren't far behind.

I saw this set on flickr, but it makes a stronger statement when the images are next to one another. I love all of them, but no. 9 is near and dear to my heart. Lovely set.
