Thanksgiving is more than just turkey for me

Hello.
This is my first post. I'm Allislostmanteno's significant other, or something of the sort and he's tired of me hacking his account so I finally made one of my own.
This past holiday, we took a trip further down to southern Indiana and Northern Kentucky. I really underestimated how much there was to do and see, so we'll be making another trip out soon hopefully.

Anywho, I'm Rockle; I'm easy going and I get along with most.. And I have a very shitty camera, mind you. A new one is the only thing on my xmas list. That being said, here are some images from my trip with my shitty camera that I'd like to share.

I'm sure the last place has been visited plenty, I just can't view it not being a full member and all. Did I also mention that I'm not very good at image resizing. Eh.

I know nothing with any certainty, but the sight of stars makes me dream.

I can't tell from those first three photos whether the building is abandoned or not. If it is, did you get inside and take any photos? It looks like maybe a school or a hospital... government building? It looks so clean and untouched (assuming it IS abandoned), I wonder what the insides look like.

Welcome to UER.

Image info would be nice (what are the photos of and where are the locations; what is the history of the locations, etc.). Your camera seems to be fine.

Once again, welcome to UER. Glad to have you on board.

Haha,
Well good thing I have no desire or intentions of doing so.

The first images are of a TB sanitarium that was turned into a childrens development center. It is currently abandoned and has been, to my knowledge, since 2004. Entry was risky, on account of it was broad daylight, I was in a new area where I was not quite certain of police or surveillance, there was no safe place to park my car, and just outside of the perimeter of the woods were houses. At the foot of the steepest god damn drive path I've ever walked up was the infamous 'No Trespassing, Violators will be prosecuted.' Because of this, we swiftly took our pictures, explored a bit, and left. There are POE and visibly broken windows at the base of the building, so entry was possible. Unfortunately, it will have to wait until my next trek down there.

I know nothing with any certainty, but the sight of stars makes me dream.
