Looks like a solid explore! Cool place. It's a shame they've let it deteriorate so badly. Were your friends/family also explorers, or were you taking them on their first?

2 badly deteriorated spots mixed in there. One is old military property so they don't care and are letting the building fall apart. The second spot does have some form of caretaker as I saw recently replaced floor joists and framing.

My wife & sister are not explorers... first times. The other is my normal exploring mate... while a member of the site he doesn't really post or access it much.

I really like #44. The paint on the wood seems to mimic the peeling bark of a tree, sort of a back to the beginning thing. The bathroom with no floor is pretty cool, bit of a long shot if you have to go but I'd've tried for it. I noticed a number of rooms didn't have ceilings, maybe you could come back when it snows and take some more shots. All in all, great set mate.

Excellent idea about after a snowfall. The hike to get there will be interesting though

two places!

anyways the first one has a beautiful view of the susquehanna river, was always my favorite part of the place.

it's better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring.

Between using the uploader for the gallery and taking those with my old P&S I can't believe how shit they look now. Definitely need to go back some time and take some better photos.

yeah. well story was he was there while people were scrapping and they had a big pickup truck.

and the only "stolen" thing he was caught with was a map of the place he had gotten a whiiile back from there that he took with him to help explore.

sooo he got charged with a lot of stuff trespassing and burglary being some.

and was in holding for hours...

sounds like deep shit to me.
