| | | Posted by Katharsys I think people have different reasons for exploring, which will inevitably bring different needs as to what makes them feel prepared. I know from my experience, different locations require different tools and supplies, depending on their level of accessibility. Let's face it, a lot of these places simply aren't safe, for any number of reasons. There are some locations that I've been in that are extremely difficult to get into, and if something were to happen while I was in there, I would be fucked. So while I try to err on the side of packing as light as I can, I totally agree with the different customizations of the packing list. You never know what might happen.

I believe this is the best part thus far. Bravo +1

Vibram fivefingers their my backup shoes but I would never wear them as my only shoe way too thin. Very comfy their my running shoes.
|
A friend of mine wears those EVERYWHERE she goes hiking, up scree slopes, across crocks, everywhere. In town too! She hasn't managed to wear them out yet.
If you wear them as running shoes.... oh nevermind. I could say anything to you and it'd just fall out the other ear.
Give a person a match and they'll be warm for a minute, but light them on fire and they'll be warm for the rest of their life. =) |
