When I first went they were just starting to demo the 2 power plants there. We didn't know much about the place upon our 1st visit but we quickly realized there is a few operating businesses in the place. try to go when it's less busy on holidays and weekends but you still have to be aware of personnel on the property in certain places. The place is huge and even though they have tore down the 2 power plants there still is a lot to explore. My last visit to the place was this past 4th of July, it also rained most of the day but it made it perfect since we only seen 1 vehicle leaving there.
