| | | I explored this building last night. Tough and risky entry (facing Broadway), but totally worth it. It has been gutted and appears to be marked for renovation/conservation in places, but is totally free of graffiti and vandalism. Also, it's full of crazy pigeons. | | | sorry darkstuff, no harm meant. I did consider that before making the post, which is why I didn't include any info about how I entered. also I was a construction professional for several years and no one is getting in without serious tools, I made sure of that when I patched up the entry really well before leaving. also this building is well known (historical landmark) so the only way to prevent people from finding it would have been by not providing a name.
