Plenty of people saw us and no one said anything. Well, basement in the sense that its not really underground, but its a big building and most of it is off limits to most people. Not worth poking around and getting arrested (trust me). The coolest part is the space between the inside and the outside of the rotunda space. The boiler rooms/HVAC equipment room is really clean and organized.
