Heritage grounds [Fort Mill, SC]

Looking to explore the Heritage, USA grounds some time soon in north of Fort Mill, SC. This is in south Charlotte and some from this area may know this location. There is a castle-building and a high-rise tower (20 floors?) near by which make my highest-priority target. Anyone had any previous experience? I scouted the place a few times, and as far as security, there is an active church in one of the former buildings and a near-by retreat (for church members?). I did not look close to find any entrances into the towers yet.

Yeah, I don't know- I haven't done much exploring south of Charlotte. A lot of times, if you've done recon on a place recently, you've probably got better info than somebody who was there last year, anyway. Good luck!

I was there last December and there was almost nothing there in terms of actual Heritage USA stuff. Just that tiny castle building which was very hard to get into and not all that interesting inside. We didn't try that highrise building. It looks potentially difficult but may be possible. Keep an eye out for alarms because it definitely has power. Didn't see any really obvious ways in. I don't know if it would be all that interesting inside; it is a halfway constructed condo building that was never used for anything. So probably just a bunch of empty rooms. And not much of a rooftop view out there.

There is a partially demolished ampitheatre there. Also, there is some sort of a "stone" building in the woods that is very close to the new bridge, and it has power since you can see light is on most of the time in there. My guess is that inside it is all empty. But maybe it's just worth a shot for the experience.
