| | | This is a weird looking house that is located around where I live. We call it the acid house cause of how messed up it looks. Its pretty cool to check out but be careful because the guy that owns it is crazy and has been know to bring a gun to scare people away

| | | Well most people around here say that his daughter died and he went crazy and built this. I did some research though and it ends up that hes just a crazy military guy messed up from the war who likes carpentry. Its hard to find out why he built this though cause he's not a very friendly person.

| | | It has a cartoonish quality with it with all the angles and pastel colors. It almost looks like it belongs in Disney or some other amusement park.

| | | I love the architecture of this building. It doesn't look very big though i wonder if people actually lived in there.

| | | No one lives there. Its more like a tree house and its full of random crap now. It kinda looks like he was trying to make a campground around it but gave up cause there's a few buildings with showers and bathrooms near by.

When I say I'm 'clean and sober', it means I've showered and I'm headed to the liquor store. |

| | | I bet I could get his permission to photograph the place. Try feeding his ego, tell the man how much you admire this structure and would like others to see it and that you will never give away the location of it.
The nightmare corpse-city of R'lyeh…was built in measureless eons behind history by the vast, loathsome shapes that seeped down from the dark stars. There lay great Cthulhu and his hordes, hidden in green slimy vaults. |

i highly doubt that guy cares much about what anyone thinks of his shit..i think he probably built all of that the way he did cuz he wanted to probably not so people would think it was cool...but then again maybe your right all he needs is an ego boost and he would stop being so grumpy...?

He likes to walk around carrying a gun when people are on or around his land. I think I'll leave it to you to get permission.

It reminds me of the treehouse at Disneyland.
We were here...and it was glorious. |

| | | hmm. why dont you write him a letter with your return address? this is probably the most respectable way to do this. just because someone carries their gun around does not mean they are crazy or ass holes, maybe he has had bad experiences. true that he may be a little warped because of the wartimes or whatever he was affiliated with, but usually people still associate with people even if they have issues. human nature. if you can get written correspondence with him, getting the history from the horses mouth, it could be very interesting. he may or may not blow you off entirely. he may invite you in, if he knows who you are. i dont suggest waltzing on someones property when trying to ask to further invade privacy, whether it be that instant or later. especially with guns involved, and depending on the state, gun laws....
