After about the second level and just before the last set they are completely covered in spiders/spider webs. I climbed the whole thing with a flashlight in my mouth trying not to grab them.

I still need to head out there and see about entering the train.

Looks totally awesome, that picture of the train is pretty cool, nice wide angle.

It sure looks a lot higher up from the top of the pillars, I would be crapping my pants up there. But who ever let a little altitude get in the way of UE right?

I'm inferring from the title that these are some kind of fire-fighting thingy for hay storage? Like towers for water cannons? They have those around various coal/oil/cardboard/wood storage places here, but usually not on such extravagent towers.

Nope. It was a large historic structure that was used for hay storage in the mid 90's, and had burnt down leaving only the pillars.
