New Bern, NC: Abandoned Gears for Unknown Machinery

These gears can be found in New Bern, NC in Glennburnie Park. The gears themselves sit slightly off the beaten path of the park but aren't that hard to find. I really don't know anything about the gears themselves but the park itself use to be a prisoner of war camp during WWII, so I'm thinking these gears are probably related to the site somehow.

That Chain is great!

Good to see some one else posting from the East of NC area.

wow, i used to play paintball in that park most every other night and never did find those gears. never did visit in the daytime though.

The nightmare corpse-city of R'lyeh…was built in measureless eons behind history by the vast, loathsome shapes that seeped down from the dark stars. There lay great Cthulhu and his hordes, hidden in green slimy vaults.
