No place to live

Another hot day in Ft. Worth. We (myself, Fatwax, Jason, and Liquorhead) decided to check out an apartment complex we had seen vacant about a month before. We had driven around it before and seen places where we could get in. We decided it needed to be a night time spot since it was right by a police substation. unfortunately for us we only had a daytime babysitter, so we decided to go.
Upon entry we could tell it was going to be easy access to all apartments, all of the door were wide open. Of coarse the scrappers had already picked them clean. We did happen to find a couch, a tv, dvd player, and of coarse a huge tube of vaginal cream. The office also had paperwork and many other things. You could tell they once had a pool that had been filled in and turned into a playground.
We crossed the street to take a look at the other complex. The boys ran off to take some picture, and I ran off on my own. All of a sudden, there was a man on the second floor. He stopped and stared at me. I was kind of panicky, since the boys were no where in sight. He ducked inside an apartment, and I ran.
We decided against leaving, and he came out again. Jason asked if he was with the demolition team, and he said yes. We could all tell he was a scrapper. Torn clothes with paint all over and a pickaxe in hand. We all ended up going separate ways and continued exploring. Even though it was hot as hell, we all had a great time

Did you play on the play equipment? It always makes me sad to see abandoned play equipment. I start singing "Cat's in the cradle" and get all weepy.

Awesome! Your pictures turned out awesome. Scary about the scrapper! I've only seen scrappers once at the grain silos, and we hid from them!

Yeah, that guy was really creepy. Exactly what I thought a scrapper would look like.

Wiiiide open access. Nice. There is something odd about exploring the trashed former abodes of other humans. It's like looking at spider webs with leaves and a cigarette butt stuck in it or something. Just echoes of the past...

That's what makes it cool to explore... It's so strange to think that someday, pretty much everything gets to that state... For example, It's hard to imagine the Cowboys Stadium ever looking like that.

Your pics turned out great! That scrapper looked like he was scared shitless of us to be honest. I still think it was because of Jason's NYPD shirt.

Dont worry about scrappers, they are doing illegal shit, and so are you, ive talked to them before and they are pretty nice sometimes, once one said "Get the fuck outta here i'm busy", so yeah the wont hurt you or nothing.
