| | | scenario. someone you know goes to an abandonment. they strip it of copper and sell it. what they did has no affect on you. the site is mostly demolished and due to be completely flattened so no loss. is it still a problem because someone made money easily and quickly by capitalizing on an opportunity ? or does it present an issue ?
