This is not the same abandoned farm that I posted here a few days ago. Found this one exploring yesterday. This is a full farm consisting of two houses, full-sized barn, large (60 foot long) work garage, secondary barn, and about 5-6 other notably sized structures. Apart from the spray-paint of one lone 'author' in the work garage, there does not appear to be any vandalism on the site. Area is full of left-over items as the pictures below indicate. The houses do not appear to have been entered yet.
The best part is that the only nearby neighbor is actually EXPECTING visitors. To gain access to the property I lied to him about a GeoCache being placed here and told him that he would probably see visitors occasionally over the next few weeks. He said it didn't bother him at all - he was only concerned with vandals and grow-ops. He told me that the owner died recently and that the property is owned by some large Toronto firm. It is not currently marked For Sale.
The photos below are only from a preliminary 'glancing over' of the site. I did not do any ambitious exploring at all. The last photo shows structures on the far side of the property that I didn't even approach, so there is a lot here to be seen and discovered.
