I know that it have been abandoned for quite a few years now, and for some reason it has interested me. The best I can do is get some exterior shots next time I am in Richmond Hill (lived there for 19 years, been in North York for 2 months, lol), I could try to look for a POE but it would be useless for me because I do have some mobility issues. But hoping by next summer I would be able to do a proper UE (if the surgery does what it is suppose to do).
