| | Devil's Reject House < on 7/19/2010 6:21 PM >
| | | This is a house I used to pass by all the time when I worked in the area. Never stopped as I was coming and going from work but a friend and I hit it up last Friday night. I apologize for the photo quality as we were both totally freaked out once we got inside and found it to be a hobo nest complete with needles on the floor, pill bottles, glass, panties inside out....and a bunch of other great, aids infested objects. This is on a busy road but we parked at a nearby gas station and made a quick run around back to found a wide open door. We made quick rounds not knowing what to expect. I was surprised when we didn't find a corpse or have a devil reject jump out at us.
Very cool old house but the fear factor just killed it. Anyways, here are the shots I got before I ran away screaming like a little girl...

| | | I believe allot of condemned and abandoned homes are going to look just like that. People living in nasty rundown houses have nasty rundown stuff. They also like to pile it outside. Sometimes the sheriff helps them with that. Homeless people also seem to like to hang out next to gas stations though. You know collect cans, harass people for money.

the way you worded that was totally funny, esp. the part about "and a bunch of other great, aids infested objects" I've thought that same kind of thing before but could never articulate it like you did. LOL!
