Yes,I found what I've been dreaming of finding for so long..a what looks to be a ranch/trailer house along with a car still parked in the driveway.the house is up on top of a hill that goes further up and then down around a curve. The house itself looks to be in OK condition and so does the car.there doesn't look to be any broken windows or signs of vandalism that I'm aware of(of course I've never really stopped as it sits on a traveled road)the car if I'm not mistaken is a 1994 maybe a '93 Buick century.None of the windows are broken or anything like that,it looks pristine for a abandoned car(maybe it's stolen, maybe it ran out of gas and was just left there i don't know)I would buy it myself but i think it looks good right where it is.I'll try to get some pictures up soon for everyone.

Maybe it's the owner's...and he/she still lives there.
Are you sure it is vacant?

Good chance there is either a very old person living there, or else a corpse.

Im sure no one lives there, the plates have been taken off the car.as you can tell by the remaining license plate bracket attached to the rear and front bumper.

I wouldn't be so sure. I work in fire/rescue and you would be amazed at the number of people living in homes that most people would assume are abandoned. Many people on home 02 etc will just stay in their homes until they die. If it is in fact abandoned, you lucked out. Just make sure it is before you go traipsing in there.

To further my point, there's an old Inn in my area and from the outside it appears to be long abandoned. I have passed it many times and eventually stopped to check it out. It turns out a family still lives there. (not my photo)

I forgot to mention it earlier, but there is also a completely abandoned house out near morley,it looks as if the previous owners just packed up EVERYTHING and left, there aren't even any curtains in the windows anymore, but for the house being vacant it sure has kept up.the paint is peeling and cracking.the lawn also needs to be mowed big time,There is also a garage/barn on the property next to the house.I have yet to take any pictures of this one also.

lol this is never truer than in VT.

If I was really created in God’s image then when God was a boy he wanted to grow up to be a man, a good man, and when God was a man, a good man, he started telling the truth in order to get honest responses.

Whoa! A few years ago I saw that while passing through Vermont. On my way home, I logged the location, intending to check it out sometime. Glad you posted that.

That old dude is a douchebag, more so for a carrying a bat with him while exploring

Also you would think the shoveled walk would be a dead giveaway

Ex-actly. His reasoning with that woman is just awful. "Do you have a computer? I'll show you where it says that this house is empty." "What is the website?" "I don't know."

We're all just trapped between the stippled earth and the stubbled sky.

I'm gonna put in some serious effort and try to find a legitimate way inside. From what I understand, it was an active inn until the mid-nineties. The interior, unlike the exterior, has been impeccably maintained. Quite a few presidents have stayed there and Robert Frost is buried across the street.
