I've seen the place many times when I'm out driving around the area...never went inside though. It has to be one of the oldest neighborhoods in the region. It's too bad most of it is now an empty grid of streets. I want to be different. It does have a lot of chimneys. That seems at least a little hotel like to me. It's named after Hercules Dousman and was built in 1864.
