I'm in my mid 40's and in perhaps somewhat lower than average shape, and the route we took was just at my limits for bravery and strength. ElExplorador hasn't publicly mentioned the site, so I won't either, but I think it's one of the best sites in Ottawa. I'd love to return for more pics and exploration, especially since we only had about 2 hrs there. But I'd like to try some less taxing method of entry. Feel free to PM me or any other Ottawa area people for possible meets.
