The doors are locked tight. I've heard rumors but the most believable was that some tunnels connected from here to the police station and perhaps a few other buildings.
...I'm in lakeland. I'd like to really explore this site!

| | | | if you go inside and to the right, it is a small room that is used for christmas decorations. to the left is another door with an antenna sticking out of it. that is used for wireless broadcast of the utilities (water pumps) behind that door.

lol definitely not a power plant. there isnt that much space. its just a small utility.
a while back, some local kid saw us snooping around and basically called us out. he said, you guys trying to get in there? of course we said yes so he went between the bars and well... you figure out the rest

When I went I had met up with a local there I met on *cough*4chan's /x/ IRC. It was his dad that told us about how it was a huge power plant under the city. Kinda disappointing... Though looking back his dad didn't seem like the most reliable guy.
