A truly enormous drain, built in the 1800's to entomb a creek that got in the way of the railroad companies. Complete with Gargoyles!

I'm looking for software engineers to hire at Amazon.

Heh, there's a museum in montreal about the old drains/sewers that were used to enclose the various creeks way back when the area was first being built up.

It's pretty cool.

Edit: thanks to google, I found its website

Nice.

Imagine my suprise at seeing a gargoyle from one of the buildings at Virginia Tech on your website - it's the third of the 'intentional gargoyles'. I pass it just about every day.

Thanks, Max, for backing up my theory that it's never too cold to drain. Maybe it's second nature to Canadians, but 'round these here parts, some people need convincing that when it's too cold to melt, the only run-off is from the heavily salted roads. Which leads to the question: where does water in drains come from when it's waay below zero?

That was not intended as a slam on anyone who I know posts on this board.

I need to keep checking Sportsman's Guide, Sierra Trading Post, etc, for waders.

Krazy: yes, this is something I'd like to be a part of soon?
