Sucks for jobs etc etc.

I wonder if the machinery will be very similar to that in the Labatt Brewery that closed a few years back. Always fun seeing how every plant does things a little bit differently...

Here's a lockpick. It might be handy if you, the master of unlocking, take it with you.

Sucks. Even worse that they will take the Lakeport branding and move it to another site. Steeler beer brewed in London? No way....

And if the equipment is going away too, it's not like someone else will come in and resurrect it as another small brewery anytime soon.

they do indeed have a bottling line in there...

what gobsmacks me about this is the lack of notice, at least Siemens gave 18 months notice! these guys are pulling up in one month!

i was a little nervous when i heard teresa sold out to labatt, looks like those fears were well-founded. at least teresa's got enough money out of the deal to tan her fat arse in the dominican for many years to come...

for those who thought hamilton's golden age of UE ended four or five years ago, here ya go. couple big gems for you. i wonder who's next?

You might be waiting awhile, they are back up to full production at both sites in Hamilton. Look a little further towards Lake Erie though and you might see something you like.
