A while back I went to the Glencoe Community in Cincinnati and these are just a few pics I took while checking it out. Nothing spectacular. There were a few guys hanging around at the head of the street so i didn't even attempt to enter. It was a great day but it was the first time with a borrowed camera and I hadn't gotten used to it yet.1.

I have just propelled my ass through the roof laughing on the number 12 picture.

I was about to type down "what are you waiting for? Get inside that place and photo the shit out of it" until I saw that creature on the door. I know for sure I wouldn't go in now XD

Nice pictures all of them.

Oh man, that is not good. Make extra space in your pockets for silver bullets, stakes, garlic and that kind of things. Or maybe a white spray can to cover that eerie gentleman beaver-in-a-hoodie.

Comming to think of it, being a witch hunter in those times back them really didn't pay off well, right?

When I was there I was told it was an active hospital.

Yes, that would be Christ Hospital. Just there with my best friend this morning for a doctor's appointment she wanted company to... I was tempted to kill some time before dropping her off for her first class and go down into Glencoe, but I decided otherwise. Been there so many times myself that I've shot it all to hell and it bores me. I still can't imagine why anyone wanted to buy and renovate that place some years ago. It almost happened...

I thought those painted doors were model units? When we were there we were told "just don't go in anything." Oops. The places have great woodwork and if I were rich and single I would love to live in one.

Was that anti-abortion guy out in front of Christ?

You betcha

Last time I was there those painted doors and windows weren't there. Maybe somebody did actually buy the damn place... I have been inside a few ones with broken doors many years ago. Some are neat, some are scary (broken floors). I even think there was a tub and fridge left in one of the ground-floor units.

1 and 11... nice to see that those condos are still for sale. I wonder if they've got a bridge to sell us too.
