I only know of this place due to my employment. I am risking my job telling you this. Please, enjoy! This is the former Finch Medical School. The University has moved only about 100 yards away and renamed itself "Rosalind Franklin University." This property is owned by the VA medical center, but is still under 100 year lease by the school, and therefore the VA police rarely enter. Remember VA police are federal police, always obey them. Do not be tempted to venture onto the naval base unless you enjoy being shot at. Stick to these buildings and the university only. City: North Chicago, Illinois General Address: 3333 Green Bay Rd. North Chicago IL Dangers: Mold, Asbestos, Falling Ceiling, where floors are made of wood, they will give away. 99% are concrete Security: no cameras or alarms, only a fire alarm, random exterior patrols by university staff and VA police, lights will be your biggest giveaway, possible homeless living inside. Bring them candy! Suggested equipment: breathing protection, hard hat, safety shoes, possibly a buddy on walkie talkie in case you get hurt, camera, Infiltration: find windows already broken by homeless, unlocked doors, All VA buildings connected by walkway. Best luck will be at old loading docks and or low windows. Park at the university, and disregard any parking ticket you get for lack of permit, you will not be towed and the tickets are meaningless threats. Best time for infiltration is at night, but flashes from cameras at night will be a giveaway.
