I'm looking at a site plan for the proposed TTC facility for the site that includes the old Kodak building. It is possible that it could be demo'd, but I haven't heard that's the case yet.

It isn't a station, and it isn't planned to be incorporated (at this point "just not demo'd" is as much as I know).

I've been hearing an LRT facility perhaps with some office buildings?

Keep it fuzzy.

Definitely an LRT facility and yard. They all have some offices (not sure how much will be located here).

I though the TTC was looking at using the property next to their existing bus garage for the LRT carhouses and division, which is across Ray Ave. from the old Kodak facility.

I'm not sure it is big enough. Given that the city is (could be "has" at this point) expropriating the Kodak lands, I would be surprised if it wasn't on that property.

Whose plans? It is/was owned by Metrus, who I think wanted to do a retail power centre.

lol, what does some scrapper know about whether a building is getting demo'd or not, we're speculating over nothing. Douche probably lied about the demo to justify himself stealing metals from the building. unless someone has heard something legitimate about it, i think the only ones demoing that building are that scrapper and others like him...

That's what I remembered, the big box power center. If it wasen't so contaminated/zoning - its located nice and high up, condos would be useful (gee, did I say that ?!)

The Official Plan prevents it from being used for condos, and possible big box.
