|  | | | I have wanted to go urban exploring for a long time.. I go to school in charleston but will be in charlotte for december and january. ive been to the old city jail in charleston, some abandoned houses in charlotte, but nothing serious. I want to find something good.. any suggestions?

drive around, walk around, keep your eyes open, and you're sure to find something. just go out and try - even if you don't find anything epic you'll at least know what's out there.

I've been out of the scene for the past few months (got rather sick from something, it had an extended recovery period), however, from what I remember the UE community in Charlotte is pretty active.
If you're looking for hand-outs, no one here is going to just post location information that isn't already in the database. Instead, I recommend you meet up with someone who's willing to show you around.

I'm about 10 mins outside of 485 to the north-east. I'm going to school in Raleigh, but I'm back here every few weekends and over the summer. PM me if you're interested in meeting up some time.

| | | | Just moved to the Charleston area not long ago, but I plan on tracking down as much as I can here soon. I've found a few starter places already, but I'm looking for bigger stuff... I prefer abandoned amusement type stuff like old water parks, mini-golf places, amusement parks, etc. The south is a much different beast from all the places I checked out in Ohio.
