It would be nice to know if this "friend of a friend" is a member of this site so I could address this issue with that person.
It's not favorably regarded among the UE crowd for people to go into locations and willfully destroy them.

Not much chance that they were anything like ue'rs. More like bored suburban brats. Besides, that place has been so trashed for so long, the friend's friend's *parents* were prolly the ones who did the damage.
