It seems to me to be a tad bit blurry, nothing a little post couldn't fix though I think. Also it could be straightened ever so slighty. Try cropping it down so the trees do a better job of framing the house, and see how that looks. Usually abandoned houses can be kind of mundane, but I really like this one.
