You got a great angle in that shot too.

| | | | To make you happy, here is one of the three exposures I used to create the first image. By the way, the technique I used in the first is HDR (high dynamic range). Some people love it, others as above hate it. To each their own.

On the other hand, sometimes pictures can look cool when they don't look like a real photo and more like a painting or something else. All art does not have to be realist, there are plenty of forms where the point is to not have them look real.

I don't do all HDR, it just depends on the shot and which one I personally like more. Obviously this site/forum is not really about photography or art, its about exploring places, so the HDR shots don't fit in. I get that, so if/when I post anything else, I'll just post the regular shots. :)

I'd have to agree with 35mm. Though his delivery was somewhat tactless, its about par for the way in which ridiculously over-processed images are received by most members on this board.

Likely for the best until you get your asbestos internet pants ;) I prefer the natural look, so my HDRs lack the glow you seem to like.
