|  | | | So my girl Jess and I went out for some fun yesterday. Thanks for Fedge for pointing this place out the day that I wandered with him. It's a house set back from the road, but across the road are a whole neighbourhood of respectable looking upstanding citizen type homes. There didn't seem to be a way of getting on the property without being seen, since tromping through farmer's fields is hardly stealth; in the end we parked at the end of the driveway, ducked the locked gate and walked up to the house. I don't think there's much of a 'neighbourhood watch' thing going on here; everyone ignored us, and traffic was pretty heavy on that road too. The main floor of the house was wide open, as was the basement. The second floor was inaccessible, though a ladder might have fixed that. Didn't wanna test the limits of the nice folks living nearby! The barn was locked up tighter than any barn I have ever laid eyes on. There was one spot we may have gotten in through, thinking back, but we were busy taking pics of the spider that was guarding it and never thought to go back when the rest of the place turned out to be closed up. | | | | I've been "monitoring" this property for a while now but like Pinnock Farms right across the street, it was always too risky to try. So big props to justakitty for braving the nearby residents and venturing in. It's a largely undisturbed property from a vandal point of view and will likely stay that way because of the close proximity of the neighbors. Cool gallery, kitty!
