This location is in the UE DB and since my visit there in 2005, the place has gracefully decayed due to nature and not the vandals. It's just too hard to FIND the place let alone get to it and vandalize it.
Look how positively pristine the orange tarp was four years ago...

| | | | There's been some dumbass shit happen in there, but overall no one has bothered to vandalize it... Though painting the toilet seat with toothpaste hardly seems like a constructive use of time, at least it wasn't a destructive use of time. If it hasn't been for Fedge (he's a nice one that Fedge!!) we would have never found the place. All you can see through the trees is the chimney top, and if you didn't know it was there the odds would be against you seeing it... As Fedge said, no one wants to be bother finding TO vandalize it...
I think the cherub/cigarette butt is my favourite in this set too...
