There are a few tiny ones open, but the city is pretty quick on the ball to seal stuff if they find things accessible. AFAIK they don't bother to check thoroughly for hobos and teenagers, so it's only a matter of time before someone gets trapped

Most of those caves got bukkaked with spray-crete back in the day. I think there's still a couple small bum caves open, but they may have fucked those too by now.
