| | looking for some help < on 9/5/2009 11:22 PM >
| | | Really dumb question here, maybe someone can help me, though, for some reason I cant post any pictures using the "attach an image" button, it gives me a message that my pic exceeds the max size, how do I use the img tags? I know I need to enclose the picture in between the tags, but I dont know how to get the picture from my computer to the place where it needs to be, I apologize for my stupidity, and would appreciate any help I could get, also, how do I resize my pics if I have to use the IMG enclosure method, thanks

| | | first you need to upload the picture to the internet on a site like flickr or photobucket, then once you get the picture on one of those hosting sites right click it and chose "properties" a little window pops up and there is an "image url" copy that url and paste it into your post, then put image tags around it

| | | you can resize the photo down to some 320x640 or whatever online as well, that should usually bring it under 150k.

| | | Instead of using the Attach an image function, scan lower & use the Quick Gallery Creator. It is very simple, resizes for you & lets you pick a full size or pop-up. You click the add files & upload just like many photo sites. From ur computer files, card reader or camera via usb. No host site needed.

No muss, No fuss. Set up very simple yet works well. Hope this helps out.
