You can't see it from the photo but the road into the property was swampy and very wet.

Well it appeared to be in use as a hobby shack, you know, where men go to just work on projects that never get completed. Beer bottles, couch, wood panelling and power tools, etc. are the norm. A sign on the door stated, "Keep Out" which was quite easy considering the lack of doors and windows. And yes it was particle board. I believe the building was being used for storage by the property owners just across the road.
