There is this one part of the small city I live in that has several abandoned warehouses all clumped into one spot. Actually, all of those warehouses seem to be the only places in this area worth EUing. Unfortunately everyone knows about them too, so there is graffiti and other things like aerosol cans lying around.

This particular building is only one story, but there are a lot of offices and stuff so it was a neat trip.

Oh, and sometimes you can find hobo nests in these buildings, but I've never actually run into one yet.

It really is a shame though, because once in a while when I come back for kicks, it always looks like it has been disturbed.

This place doesn't look like it has been abandoned for too long, as it appears to be in good shape - except for the vandalism. I didn't notice any peeling paint, roof leakage, etc, in your pics. Do you know how long the building has been vacant?

I would imagine this is in Wisconsin somewhere, seeing that's where you're from. Being a Wisconsinite myself, I'm curious as to where.

It's in the Wausau area. Although a lot of it appears to be in good condition, there are a few places the roof leaks by the loading dock and right on the other side of the wall from it. I may have to look into the history of it.
