I went a few years ago, and even though it's been cleaned up a bit from the days when I UE'd it, it's still really cool and a fascinating bit of Cleveland history. Until the 1950's, streetcars plied the Cleveland streets, and to make the trek across the river from the near West Side, they went underground around Franklin Ave. and crossed on the lower level of the bridge. The tunnels go back about a mile on the west side, and there were shops and stuff in the old station, which was under the corner of Detroit Ave. and W. 25th St. I'm planning on going, and if some other folks want to go, we could maybe meet up before.
