Oakville Spots!?

I'm new to the whole UER forums, despite joining a while a go. I've been interested in the whole urban exploration scene in Oakville but have never attempted to post anything about meeting up with people. Anyways - time to get to the point: I'd like to meet some peeps from the area, or if someone could direct me to how I could go about this it would be much appreciated =).

This weekend's meet in Toronto might be a good place to start:

There's often a person or two from Oakville at the meet.

I only know of one impressive drainage system in oakville (there are others, but they eventually become too small to further explore). This drainage system runs for about 500 - 600 meters under Trafalgar road (starts 43.465917,-79.691719 and ends 43.464476, -79.688135). There are also many abandoned buildings in the area including an abandoned retirement home, a motel along Trafalgar, abandoned commercial warehouse and many other smaller buildings. Theirs also 16 mile creek which has numerous drainage systems along most of the creek. The only problem is commuting to these places since they are so far away.

16 mile creek:

There used to be a great place by the Oakville Go Station (got tared down however)

I'm down for a meet if anyone is!

At least you've done some homework.

There isn't really a lot in Oakville to explore, but you pretty much found the bread and butter abandonments of the area. I can't think of much else besides houses to check out.

Here's a lockpick. It might be handy if you, the master of unlocking, take it with you.
