It looks like it might have been a storage area for park equipment and maybe a substation to handle the park electricity. There are many bleachers and soccer goals inside so there must have been a field nearby. It is also located close to a boat ramp so it also might have been used to house or repair boats. I was dressed in my office clothes and it was broad daylight with cars and people aplenty so no inside pictures. I might stop back sometime and get some inside pics if time and my nerves allow me.
