| | | | I was there about 2 weeks ago, i drove there and then realized i forgot my camera so i drove home and when i came back i was surprised to see a k9 unit, and 2 or 3 police undercover suvs. there was police running around one particular building with dogs, not sure what was going on but it was only 3 days after the last fire. It started raining so i left, on the way home when i was on hwy 2 i noticed the k9 unit, and one of the under cover suvs behind me, going back to oshawa. I went back the next day and took quite a few pics from the road, there was nobody there on this day. Just warning anyone since there has been quite a few fires lately, cops seem to be keeping an eye on it. I was never going there to go inside any buildings i just wanted some picture from the road of the old buildings before they get demolished.
EDIT: they were going around the one bigger building close to the road , the buildings on an angle, i can throw some pictures of it up here tomorrow. They were probably there because of the fire there earlier that week.

I went a week after that with 2 other friends and I thought it was security but as another member said there is no security posted at that location. As for cops they could be doing training there?

| | | | Yeah, it's possible, it was odd they seemed to be focusing on one building which had no fire damage to it at all. They left once it started raining hard enough so it couldn't be too important. It wouldn't surprise me if the kaitlin group set the fires, but thats a whole other story.
Last year the group said they wanted to demolish it in spring 09, so if anyone wants to see this place they should probably go soon before it gets demolished. I never really got many good pictures since i didn't leave the car (because of the people i was with). But I can go back and get some more pictures since im only 15 minutes away.
