Why? It's been done and it's in the middle of fucking nowhere. Hell, the pics were all over Ebaumsworld last year. No one's made a trip because it's not worth the time to get there. There's plenty to explore in Ohio that is within walking distance of most people I know there.

Exactly.
Im just saying there must have been some improvements made before they put it up for sale.
I had a good friend go here and send me back 70+ pics from about a year ago.
I don't think any Realtor would put it up for sale without atleast cleaning that pool and fixing the windows.

Not necessarily. With a house of that caliber, I would expect them to, but when I looked at my house the first time, it had been empty for two years, and had holes in the walls, a pile of poo on a pillow in one bedroom, and more poo smeared on the master bedroom closet doors. There was also a dead mouse on the kitchen counter, the sinks and toilets were missing (the police had nothing to go on!) and there was junk everywhere.

You never know though. It's amazing what you can sell "As Is" these days. If someone has got the coin to buy this place then im sure they've got the coin to fix the place up. Course maybe they just buy it for the land and rebuild something else...bigger and better perhaps.
